Terms of Service | P.A.L. Premium Activities & Lifestyle

By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Service Provision: P.A.L. provides bespoke lifestyle management and concierge services in Sydney. All services are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon written agreement and, where applicable, deposit payment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: We value our team’s time as much as yours. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service may incur a fee of 50% of the service value.

Liability: While P.A.L. exercises the utmost care in managing your residence and lifestyle needs, we act as a facilitator for third-party trades. We ensure all partners are vetted, but P.A.L. is not liable for the independent actions of third-party contractors beyond our direct supervision.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
