I built my career on one simple belief: the best systems are the ones nobody notices, because everything simply works.
For over seven years, I led operations and logistics across some of Brazil's fastest-growing companies, including Uber, Insider Store, and Merama. I managed distribution chains, built KPIs from scratch, negotiated major contracts, and led teams through rapid company growth. I reported directly to leadership, translated complex operational challenges into clear action plans, and helped bring e-commerce businesses from chaos to consistency. Along the way, I also worked independently as a consultant, spending time in Mozambique helping a local business move its operations online, and later supporting small businesses across Brazil with process design and operational diagnosis.
Moving to Sydney meant starting over in almost every sense. The language was still forming in my mouth, and the corporate ladder I had spent years climbing was suddenly out of reach. So I did what I have always done: I adapted. I took on frontline work here in Australia, as a support worker, supermarket assistant, and cleaner for construction sites, schools, clinics, and private homes, and I brought the same discipline to each of those roles that I once brought to boardrooms. That period taught me something no strategy meeting ever could: what it actually feels like to need a home cared for, a schedule managed, a life supported, from the inside.
From there, I rebuilt on my own terms. I started managing an Airbnb property for someone I knew, which grew into co-hosting short-term rentals across Darling Harbour and the Sydney CBD, consistently earning top guest ratings. I took on small projects: building websites, offering consulting to local businesses, helping people solve the kind of operational problems I had spent years solving for much larger companies. Piece by piece, PAL came together.
PAL exists because I understand both sides of the equation: the operational precision it takes to run something well, and the very real, very human need for time back. Every client I work with gets the same standard I would want for myself, meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to making their life easier, not just their to-do list shorter.
Having you as a client is not something I take for granted. It is a privilege to be trusted with the details of someone's life, and I look forward to everything we continue to build together.
